Cancellation Policy

Applicability:

  • This cancellation policy applies to all bookings made with our travel agency, unless otherwise specified in the booking terms.

Refunds:

  • Refunds will be processed within 7-14 working days after deduction of applicable cancellation charges.
  • Certain services (e.g., flight/train tickets, permits, or third-party bookings) may have different cancellation rules, which will apply in addition to our agency's charges.

Non-Refundable Components:

  • Government fees, permits, visa charges, or taxes are non-refundable.
  • Any advance paid directly to hotels, airlines, or third parties on behalf of the client may be subject to their individual cancellation policies.

Force Majeure:

  • In case of natural calamities, strikes, political disturbances, or other unforeseen circumstances, refunds will be as per the actual recovery from service providers.
Cancellations made 60 days or more before the start of the tour 25% of the total tour cost
Cancellations made 45 days or more before the start of the tour 50% of the total tour cost
Cancellations made 30 days or more before the start of the tour 75% of the total tour cost
Cancellations made 15 days or more before the start of the tour 90% of the total tour cost
Cancellations made 7 days or more before the start of the tour 100% of the total tour cost
