We visited Sanjay Dubri Tiger Reserve from 15th to 18th April 2026 on a trip organised by Wild India Travels. Our group was led by Mr. Supratim Dev the owner of wildindiatravels, a highly knowledgeable and experienced naturalist with deep expertise in wildlife, birds, and butterflies.
We were a small group of eight people from diverse backgrounds, united by a shared love for nature and its rich flora and fauna. The trip turned out to be extremely rewarding, especially in terms of tiger sightings.We spotted four tigers across six safaris over three days. We tracked tigers every day and were fortunate to see “Mausi Ma,” the well-known tigress who raised her sister’s cubs along with her own after their mother’s untimely death.Apart from tigers, we also spotted a sloth bear, wild boars, nilgai, spotted deer, a Bengal fox, and a wide variety of bird species.
We stayed at a homestay located in a beautiful and serene setting within the buffer zone. The food was excellent, and the hospitality was outstanding. Supratim took great care of everyone in the group and ensured that the entire experience was comfortable, enriching, and memorable.
I highly recommend tours organised by Wild India Travels, especially for jungle safaris and birding experiences. I’ve already booked my next trip with them to the Sundarbans in June.

We recently visited Sanjay Dubri National Park with wildindiatravels and overall it was a very satisfying experience.
The stay arrangements were comfortable and well managed. The food was especially noteworthy—simple, homely, and with a distinct Bengali touch, which we thoroughly enjoyed.
What really stood out, however, was the safari experience. The jeep drivers and guides were extremely experienced and genuinely committed to giving us the best possible wildlife sightings. Their effort, knowledge of the forest, and coordination played a big role in us having a successful tiger sighting. We saw four tigers, a sloth bear and numerous birds during the six safaris that we did.
A special mention for Supratim Deb, our team leader and organiser. He was hands-on, attentive, and ensured everything ran smoothly throughout the trip. His passion for wildlife and his personal involvement added a lot of value to the overall experience.
Highly recommended for a well-organised and rewarding wildlife trip.

I recently did a five day trip with them to Sanjay Dubri National Park. It was flawless from pick up to drop. Supratim handled everything with a lot of care. Especially, he even coordinated with the Cook to cater to the taste of our choice. The accommodation was great and the sightings were awesome.
