Refund, Return & Exchange Policy

At WildIndiatravels, we want you to have a smooth and satisfactory shopping experience. Please read our policy carefully before placing an order.

Exchange Policy:

  • Exchange requests must be raised within 3 days from the date of delivery.
  • Once your exchange request is approved, the returned item must reach us within 5–7 working days.
  • Exchanges are subject to product availability.

Reverse Pick-up:

  • We offer reverse pick-up services in selected locations, depending on pin code serviceability.
  • If reverse pick-up is not available at your address, you will need to self-ship the product to us.

Reverse Shipping Charges:

  • A flat reverse shipment fee of ₹100 per order will be charged for exchanges (regardless of the number of items).
  • Reverse shipping charges must be borne by the customer.
  • If the incorrect or damaged product was delivered by us, reverse shipping charges will not apply.
  • Reverse pick-up will be attempted up to two times. If unsuccessful, self-shipping will be required.

Conditions for Exchange Eligibility:

Returned items must:

  • Be unused, unwashed, and unworn
  • Have all original tags, labels, and packaging intact
  • Be free from stains, odors, or damage

Items returned in unacceptable condition or showing signs of use will not qualify for exchange.

Processing Time:

  • Please allow up to 7 working days from the date we receive the returned product to process the exchange.

Non-Eligible Items:

  • All returned products are thoroughly inspected upon receipt. If, after inspection, no valid defect, damage, or eligible reason for return is found, the return request will be declined and no refund or exchange will be issued.

Refund Policy:

  • Refunds are applicable only in cases where an exchange is not possible or where the product delivered was incorrect or damaged.
  • Once the returned item is received and inspected, refunds will be initiated within 48 hours.
  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used during checkout.
  • Bank processing timelines may vary and are beyond our control

Order Cancellations:

  • Cancellation requests will not be accepted after the product has been delivered or received by the customer. Any order that has already reached the customer will be considered a completed delivery and will not be eligible for cancellation.

Self-Shipping Address (If Reverse Pick-up Is Unavailable)

It will be discussed over the telephone.

Important Instructions:

  • Use secure packaging to prevent damage in transit
  • Clearly mention your Order ID and registered mobile number on the package
  • Retain your courier receipt until the process is complete
