While most of our plantation drives focus on native flowering and fruit-bearing trees, the local football club specifically requested Deodar for this location. Since Deodar trees grow tall with a straight trunk and occupy relatively little horizontal space, they are well suited for the surroundings of a football field, enhancing both the landscape and the green cover without interfering with sporting activities.

The children from the club participated enthusiastically in planting the saplings, and their excitement was wonderful to witness. The club authorities have also arranged protective fencing around each young tree, ensuring that the saplings will be safeguarded as they grow into majestic trees in the years to come.
